With a weekend of Internationals lined up, Leeds United, and their fans find themselves with another free weekend and news around the club is slow at the moment, with a Katy Perry tribute act even making the headlines with an appearance due at Elland Road - that's right, a tribute act.
We're sure she's very good and all that, but the fact she made the official site is indicative of the lack of news around the club at the moment, so we'll try and bring you all of the updates in one short blog, so you can get on with planning your Leeds free weekend in peace.
Ross McCormack has linked up with the Scotland Squad following the withdrawal of Jordan Rhodes. The Blackburn striker turned his ankle in training, creating the opportunity for McCormack to join the squad, although his exclusion was a suprise in the first place!
And there you have it! That was the news.
The lack of news and games, whilst frustrating for fans is something to be celebrated though. No news stories about possible transfer targets needed to avoid relegation, no headlines about a chairman insulting some official body, no media coverage of pending financial collapse.
It may be boring, but it's a damn damn sight better than the news that used to come out in our recent history. So sit back, enjoy your weekend and relax. All is good at Elland Road.
Oh and there is a Katy Perry tribute act at Elland Road from 1:45pm before the Middlesborough game!
