Reports claim that Leeds captain Ross McCormack is on the verge of joining recently relegated Fulham for a fee of around £10 million.
A transfer seemed very much on the cards when the Scottish striker failed to travel with the rest of the squad today for their 2 week training camp in Italy.
A number of clubs have been chasing Leeds' 29 goal leading scorer, but owner Massimo Cellino claimed last month that, unless a top club came in for him, he would be staying.
It would therefore be a surprise if he stayed in the Championship, which may explain a £10m fee-money talks..
There was talk that McCormack told Cellino he wanted to go last week-something neither confirmed or denied by either party.
No clarification either that McCormack has tied up a deal with Fulham, but there is a lot of noise that a deals been done, with bookies suspending betting after a flood of bets.
