Leeds boss Brian McDermott is under huge pressure following their appalling 5-1 defeat at home to Bolton. An even first half was only note able for its uneventfullness (is that a word?), until Bolton scored just before the break-the second half though was awful-Bolton seemingly scoring at will, going 5 up before Matt smiths last minute consolation. Prospective owner Massimo Cellino was in the crowd, and with his history of sacking managers, McDermott must be more than a little nervous. I'm not a fan of sacking the manager-I believe on stability-however, this defeat makes me question that-I think McDermott will be incredibly lucky to survive this, and thinks it's only the fact that Cellino is not officially in charge that may spare him.
Leeds fans demand passion and pride as a minimum, but that's not what they got at all today. An abject, lifeless, uninspiring performance means that there are a lot of questions that need answering as the farce that is Leeds united lurches towards another low point.
