Tomorrow night whats best for us?
Burnley rock bottom have 3 games in hand on us but are 11 points away
Watford once this game is played will have the same games played as us but are currently 8 points behind us.
Burnley's next 4 games
Watford (h)
Arsenal (a)
Manure (h)
Liverpool (h)
Watford's next 4
Burnley (a)
Norwich (h)
West Ham (a)
Brighton (h)
Looking at Burnelys games realistically if they got 3-4 points they would take that, compared to Watford they would like to think they could win 2 of those and a draw at least out of either Hammers or BHA
Our three games coming up are newcastle, villa & everton - 5 points wouldnt be over estimated so maybe overall a draw tomorrow night wouldnt be a bad result for us or maybe a Burnley win.
How do you see it?
A nice 0-0 would do me
and Chelski to smash Brighton
Draw for me too.
Game could be off dyche says application pit in to have game called of
I think game will be off, but if they do make them play then a draw is always the best result as it reduces the points given out below us to 2 instead of 3.
It's worth pointing out that if we beat Newcastle we are all but safe so it won't matter. Looking at the projections for the bottom 4 and their current points per game, the safety bar will be 30 points this season and a win v Barcodes leaves us on 25 points with 17 games to play (including Norwich at ER), ahead of Brentford, Southampton and Crystal Palace as well as all the bottom 5.
Just done the Maths there Soopa
After 38 games and based upon the current pro rata points per game
Leeds & Brenford finish up with 42 points
Everton 38
Watford 28
Burnley 25
Norwich 24
Newcastle 23
Let the EFL tell Dyche he dosen't have to play anymore games cause they are going down anyway😉
Couldn't give a toss about the teams below us because we're fkn SAFE already!!
I do keep saying but some worry too much and take a day off their lives every time they think this....
Burnley v Watford now postponed.
Cannot wait to hear these managers complaining about player welfare when these games have to be played.
Call them off now when it suits them, moan later on when it does not.
Agree BB - Dyche will follow Moyes and say its unfair.
He admitted he had 10 "recognized" players available so possibly 3 or 4 fringe players and top up the bench with 2 or 3 U23's and bang you got a teamsheet filled
