I'm not a big fan of sacking managers and we seem to be reverting to Cellini style one year manager territory. I don't get why we brought in a new assistant coach p!is a bag load other faces the JM presumably asked for, only to give him the boot one game after the transfer window closed. I cannot understand why all the coaches were sacked unless there a new management team oven ready and already lined up. Not having a replacement in place is more likely to lead to relegation than wielding the axe. I could see Skubala getting a much enhanced role.
Sad. A series of far too many simple, human errors in defence has cost him the job. Marsch was right that we played very well and should’ve won against Villa, and a win yesterday would have kept him in the job. Now, I really fear the worst.
Can't believe anybody is standing up for him. That 2nd half yesterday was shambolic, clueless, pass to gnonto and then get 4 of our players stood near him and do 4 foot passes until we lose it.
Even Gentleman Bamford in his own words questioned the tactics.

He had lost the team and lost the match going fans. 90/10 split I would say in the Leeds end yesterday wanting him out, fighting in the stands.
It's not the masses getting their way it's just a decision that had to be made and should have been made pre world cup for me.
Terrible football to watch and terrible results but such a positive spin to it all. Not very YORKSHIRE!!!.
And so the merry-go-round starts and we plummet back into the Championship. JM gets the sack due to our strike force unable to hit a cows a*se with a shovel. What's he supposed to do, put the ball in the net for them?. I would suspect that we are one of the top teams in the PL for creating goal scoring chances due to the way Jesse had them playing. Another sad day in the ER soap opera.
Anyone that thinks bringing back Bielsa to do the job is just delusional.
Sadly this was always on the cards Soopa, it's a results business and JM had to pay the price for a lack of points/results.
His replacement won't have it easy at all. A very tuff start with 2 games against Manu for any caretaker or permanent manager/coach.
The board must have felt JM can't turn it around.
Yesterday in the second half we not only ran out of ideas, but more importantly the players displayed a total lack of belief & confidence in the systems/tactics.
JM kept us up last season which was vital and JM's "faillure" this season is not all his own doing/fault. The board must also to take some responsibility, despite investing a lot of money on players.
We've also had very little luck, have had a number of players making big individual errors in either conceding goals or simply failing to put away our chances.
Despite the notable improvement in performances, one constant remained
→ we conceded goals against nearly every opponent (Premiership & other).
And it just didn't look like JM was gonna be able to prevent that from happening anytime soon.
Anyway he & his staff will walk away with a fairly healthy compensation, I recall I questioned the length of his contract when he got the job.
Then again any new manager will probably want a longer term contract to start his "project".
Fingers crossed the new boss turns out to be successful.
I know it's wishful thinking but I would love a boardroom shake up and for Bielsa to be offered role of director of football and pochetino to be named manager.....

Good. I'm not saying that the next bloke will keep us up but I was pretty sure Marsch wouldn't have.
I was sick of watching his style of chaos rush rush football.
I'll be happier setting off for Manchester now. I still think we will lose but at least the process has begun.

Is Armas gone aswell.... or is he in temporary charge for manscum game....
The masses get their wish. I hope the very best for the next guy - let's see who the board have in mind
