Hard believe its 22 years ago since these two fans went to a game of football and never got home

Kevin Speight, 40, and Christopher Loftus, 37, stabbed to death by Galscum fans, an act i will never forget or forgive that Club for.

Yeah RIP Chris and Kevin.... can't believe we didn't pull out of the semi final as soon as we knew what happened just to get some publicity on Galatasascum for it to never happen again.

I've never seen us in Europe and my boy really wants to go when we do finally get back.... I'm a bit worried about the trouble though as our nutters will probably still want to show we're a big name and the opposition fans will still see us as a big hooligan target

@TC10 I hope we do get back in to Europe at some point. Its wrong that you have to think like this but I would probably pick and chose where I went. I would avoid certain countries.

When I went to Milan I went on the official club travel and that was really safe, safe to the point of being boring. Dropped in the centre 6hrs before the match and no alcohol available. I ended up high on expressos. Then a bus straight to the stadium with a massive police escort and then lead through a tunnel of policemen in to the ground.no trouble but heavily policed.

Barcelona was better as did it with our own travel and could have a drink.

They are the only 2 I have done. Would like a trip to ajax at some point.
