As a pure guess, I think they have bought a 5% stake at £10million. Shirt sponsorship at £2-£3million a season and £500k per season to be our official drinks partner.
At least they are then liable to pay 5% of the £190million we supposedly owe.
If they are clever, they would change colour of the Bulls in their logo to Blue with the Red Bull name under that in blue too.

Sorry BB - I saw the accounts - they are available on Companies House.
In the EPL you can only lose £35M per season and we were very close at the end of the last EPL accounts see below - we will certainly have lost more than the £13M last season - and all that does NOT include the outstanding £74M due in the subsequent 12 months in transfer fees - of which only about £40M has been accounted for. This isn't cashflow - it's a P&S issue.
We halved our wage bill, but it was £145M in the EPL and therefore still over £70M last season see below. On top of that the parachute payment drops again next season so there's yet more to make up.
It's a nice thought that the £74M is accounted for but it ain't.
Players fees are paid in structured terms - the £74M is the liability due in the next 12 months after the June accounts 2023, there's £190M owed in total but the balance is due in 2024/25 and 2025/26 etc.
We can only offset the fees received in 2023/24 against it - that's the £40M for Adams/Sinisterra. We also spent this season on Ampadu, Gruev, Kamara etc....
Don't forget the operating costs (wages etc outstrip our Championship income) and we lose more than £13M a season there alone.

Like you , Soop, I also checked the audited accounts and it's not a pretty picture. We will get some money from the loaned out players, but we have to sell some stars, and the best returns will probably be for Gnonto, Summerville and possibly Rutter. The replacements are going to have to be loan players, the u21s and the odd bargain like Gruev.

This could be beneficial for scouting and maybe get a few loans off other red bull clubs

Let's wait and see how it pans out.
I do get some of the concerns with Red Bull's involvement.
But from what (little) I've seen and heard from the club (chairman) & the likes of Hay & Pope I'm pretty confident.
Foot in the door, it'll soon be c0ck up the ar5e. I think that's their usual M O
Big news → a multi year deal → Shirt sponsor + official drink partner.
Also take a minority stake in the club.
Should bring a fair amount of money.
In the future fully expect them to be involved in rebuilding the stadium.
Will always be ER to us, even if they rename it.
Good news that a company as big as Red Bull and the 69ers have stakes in us and they won't want us to be in the Championship....
Bad news that we'll have the word 'RED' on the front of our shirts in the colour RED! 🤬
Hopefully, someone within our club will tell them the history of this!
Well I wonder if this has been coming for a while the yank manager the players the style of football wanted by previous owners
