Id say zuoma wasnt the only one kicking the cat after all the the chances we missed and their equalizer.
But our substitutions yesterday were baffling, ok Paddy was never going to last the 90 but why bring Jack in and move James to make the change. DJ was in his element in the first half and the role / place he was on the pitch is his best one, so why move him??? especially after the 1st half we had just put in???
And when Koch came on for Rodders well the cat definitely lost one of his lives. Heard Rodders was taken off because of a muscle strain (anyone hear how he is?) so that was disappointing as he was having a stormer. Again the partnership of Bill and rapha down the right clicked again and why oh why dont we leave that part of our team alone??? Why move Ayling into CB when we have plenty of cover in that position eventhough Coops is still out??
I whole heartily agree play your best players in their best positions and if you have to fill in after that so be it.
Really looking forward to friday night's game now its a 3 day week over here in Ireland (St. Patrick's Day on thursday) so hopefully i'll be able to stay awake pints galore.
Well done Mouseman for stopping the rot i hope you go on a long run now and are the one to get us enough points to ensure PL survival for another season.
I've always said that Rodrigo should be the first name on the team sheet🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣!. Ok, I've been one of his biggest critics and I will continue to be until he delivers a sustainable performance on the pitch, but credit where credit is due, he was good today, in fact the team where clearly up for it, but we need to put our chances away.
As someone has already said, its not rocket science in that if you play footballers in their right positions, you will generally get a good reaction, hopefully Jesse has taken note.
I would like to make a special mention to Meslier, who once again bailed us out at the end. He has his moments, but for such a young keeper, he is brilliant and we should count ourselves lucky we have him.
Finally got my blood pressure back inside the safe limit.
I am very happy with 2 of the 3 games under JM - the style and performances against Leicester and today have been really good. Villa was a mess, but in hindsight a new manager with a lot of pressure on him and a change of style will have a couple of bad ones.
We all know we have to get clean sheets and again we got undone by a sharp move. We all know we have to take our chances better too, but Rapha played much better all round and is carrying a knock, Paddy is very rusty, so a good run out for him today too. Rodders does care and he may be lacking confidence, but when he's on it he's worth his place.
I am quietly confident our best defender is Llorente - last season when he played the last 12 games of the season he was outstanding and now we have an orthodox zonal system he will shine again I believe.
Dallas at LB, Firpo fit or not. Ayling at RB.
I think the new training regime will help keep bodies fit compared to murderball and Bamford/Gelhardt give us firepower. Phillips/Cooper back after the International break and we will look stronger with winnable matches to come.
Unbelievable ending that and a fantastic atmosphere. It was like we had won the FA cup for 10 minutes after the game. I predict a riot got blasted out. Bloody brilliant.
Looking forward to Friday night now, the players will be buzzing.
I know it was only Norwich but by hell we needed that. Pity Watford won apart from the fact I had them in my successful acca.
Still out of breath. Such an important win. Against the weakest side in the league, yes, but we did play well.
The goal celebrations were fabulous. Take a look at Rodrigo after his goal. Right, he has looked very disappointed with himself lately, but Marsch’s faith in him payed off. Today, he looked like he is Leeds.
Gelhardt’s celebration was pure ecstazy. And how fast was Meslier to be there, to join the party?
Things suddenly look better with players being played in their best positions. Now, let’s use this to stabilize the ship; and let’s hope Bamford is back for good and that Phillips can play, soon. Then we’ll be fine. MOT
Well done Mouseman and you stopped the rot.... 👏👏👏👏
I predicted, albeit it piissed up, a 10-0 victory for us and shouldn't have been that far off if we'd put away our fkn chances....
I thought Llorente was excellent overall and Raphinha looked nearly back to his best. The passion from Rodrigo and the subs was great to see when he scored 👏👏👏👏
Why did Koch stop his covering run when Pukki crossed it for their goal!? He'd have put it out for a throw or corner!!
A special mention to a player who I don't rate as Premier class.... I thought Forshaw was EXCELLENT, especially the 2nd half, and what a partnership he could form with Kalvin in front of the back 4 to concede fewer goals....
I suppose that we've got to accept that we'll STILL be on a rollercoaster ride til the end of the season!!
Talk about a happy ending! Shades of L1 against Brizzle C!
In the first half, Bammers definitely was the difference. Unfortunately he hasn't lost his habit of missing sitters. If he could put chances away like Kane he'd be worth 100m+.
However, we have the springboard for the rest of the season, if JM doesn't tinker with the starting eleven. Some good performances from our team, and having SD at LB, shows what a bad buy Firpo is.
A defeat for FF, but a win for Roy. What a manager he is! I just hope that his skill doesn't come to bite us.
We need this one badly, but Norwich will also believe this game is almost their last chance saloon... Hopefully all of our players will be up for it, need big performances from all of them. Prove it on the pitch.
I pray for Jesse's sake that he doesn't pick Rodrigo, otherwise the crowd will turn on him, which won't do him or us any good. Just play the players in their correct positions. If it turns to sh*t, so be it, on the other hand it may actually work!!.
I expect to see Llorente & Koch at the back ( maybe Cresswell?) with Ayling reverting to RB and Dallas LB.
As regards the rest, no idea. Will Jesse have the balls to leave Rapha on the bench?, probably not for this game, but if he carries on with his stroppy attitude he can stay in the changing room and clean the boots!. (Never thought I'd ever be saying that!!).
Norwich are going to give it a real go, basically they have got nothing to lose, so for them, dragging us further into the mire will be music to their ears and put a smile on Dean Jones face.
Is this the day when we finally get our act together!!!
delia smith alan partrich the capital of the iceni tribe made famous by bodicia
post codes the first trial of them was in norwich called the canaries as the town was famouse for the birds when in the 17c flemish weavers brought them to the town
its a must win game at the foot of the table ( stats to follow)
with our lackluster performance last game the players know they have to step it up
Congrats Mouseman!
What a game.What a win .What a heart i have.should by dead now
firstly what a game

Needless to say what a vital 3pts these are.
Gives us something to build upon, so the result was all important.
If only we could finish half or just a quarter of the chances that come our way.
Can clearly see & feel what it means to all involved, fans, players, management and board alike.
Hug is coming your way Soopa, thereafter best lie down some more.😉
Supporting LUFC is nothing but a health risk.

I'll be back when I've had a lie down.
😱😵🤗
Never in doubt
Scrub that
Championship here we
Bamford off Harrison on
Bout time Rodrigo
2 late defensive changes for Norwich - eye infection for Zimmerman and Hanley has COVID.
Square pegs in square holes.
A proper centre forward.
A lenient ref and a rub of the green.
Changed my mind 40 leeds...but will settle for a 93rd minute deflected og winner.
Please.
This is a strong team of experience today. I think that they will be up for it and we'll get our result.
We need this one badly, but Norwich will also believe this game is almost their last chance saloon... Hopefully all of our players will be up for it, need big performances from all of them. Prove it on the pitch.
Come on Leeds.
I'm just gobsmacked that Rodrigo has kept his place. Seems that our current manager doesn't have much faith in youth!
I will be sick tomorrow morning if we
Good luck Steve, I’m sh1ttin’ Mysen! I just hope we can pull off a victory here, otherwise things will be looking dire!
2-1 to The Mighty Whites, Dallas & Patrick to score.
Cumonnnnnnnnnn u Mighty Fookin Leeds💛💙⚽️💥🥊
Better look to the starting line up today. Rodrigo needs to up his game and show us why we broke out transfer record to land him.
personally I would have stuck with that lineup but played Raphinha where Rodrigo is, then bring Harrison on to the wing in place of Rodrigo.
Team News:
Meslier
Ayling Llorente Struijk Dallas
Forshaw Klich
James Rodrigo Raphinha
Bamford
So Paddy starts and no Harrison (bench)
Raphinha IS in the team - SKY crap!!!
That should read Dean Smith!
I pray for Jesse's sake that he doesn't pick Rodrigo, otherwise the crowd will turn on him, which won't do him or us any good. Just play the players in their correct positions. If it turns to sh*t, so be it, on the other hand it may actually work!!.

good luck
It’s come to something when “best of luck” is needed against the poorest side in the division.
If Marsch plays the same line up (baring the injured Firpo ) my early optimism about his appointment will have dissipated.
Quality MDT and good luck for a prolonged run....
You shouldn't need luck though as Norwich are already down and I'm going for a positive 10 - 0 victory now that Hattrick is back....
He'll hit a treble hat trick with Geldhart supplying a late screamer....
Well stepped up to the plate Mouseman 👏👏👏👏
FFS not typing all that again.
30 Ralph, Ralph, Gelhardt.
Please.
Good Luck My Friend!
Well done on the emergency stand in Sir.
We have to believe - it's backs to the wall, sh1t or bust time.
Leeds 2 - 0 Norwich
Make yourself a hero Mickey.
2-1 Leeds
10c rain in the morning but it should pass by the match so anybody with a rain allergy should be OK but I accept no liability if it goes pear shaped.
I hope Bamford starts, we need to get off on the front foot, can't afford to go behind, the atmosphere would become toxic.
as you can see very close
norwich has the oldest football song in on the ball city
so whats norwich famouse for
delia smith alan partrich the capital of the iceni tribe made famous by bodicia

so i reckon a 4 4 2 formation
