Whichever team starts badly here will be in for a rollicking from their fans.
We really need a win to get morale up at the minute. Seems to me that the players barring 3 or 4 aren't happy with how we are set up and having the manager shouting idiotic things and acting like a clown on the sideline just doesn't seem to be inspiring them.
If we do lose I hope we sack the manager but I would rather we win. We need something from these easier games. Plus we might lose and they could still not sack him.

Weather is looking to be colder than now ( now is 14.33 Tuesday), and a bit drier than now.
My best recent memory of villa Park would be the Jack Clarke game. The 3-2 comeback and Ayling gurning like a loon 😂 ,last season wasn't bad either.
I'll go for a 2-1 win by hook or by crook.
Come on Leeds.
Watched the game on TV last night. I felt fairly optimistic doing into the game but that was very quickly knocked out of me.
We then got on top of Villa and penned them back in their own half. My only concern at that point was that we weren‘t creating any clear cut chances. Then up steps Rodrigo to round the keeper, hit the ball towards an empty net only for it to be cleared by the trailing leg of the sliding defender. Within minutes Ayling plays a superb cross for Harrison which again hit the target only to be saved by Martinez. The follow up was then blocked from Gnonto.
Half time came along and let’s be honest we were unlucky to be trailing.
Second half was more of the same, Villa get a goal against the run of play after we Had come so close with Young making a last ditch tackle on Adams.
Personally I thought we played really well. Aaronson and Harrison didn’t do great and made some poor decisions when on the ball. But overall I though the result was very harsh on us.
Rodrigo looked very sharp and had probably the best performance I have seen him put in. Gnonto absolutely terrified them from start to finish.
if Bamford can stay fit, then surely he will replace Aaronson in The centre of the three forwards. No coincidence that he was in the right place at the right time to grab a goal back.
I don’t feel too downbeat by the result, but sooner or later we need to start winning the games where we dominate.
unlucky ya lordship
his insistence on play Aaronson is like bielsa and Roberts he must see something in him in training
Folks, we aren't in the relegation zone, we lost an away match which we could easily have won. If the finger of fate had pointed another way, we could have easily won last night. It's not as if we weren't competitive. I can't fault the team's effort and arguably we edged last night's match so I don't see any reason to panic. We got the results last season, they will come this season. I don't like calling for managers to be sacked at the best of times. I didn't want Biesla sacked last year and I don't want JM sacked this year. Especially when he hasn't been given 12 months to make a difference. It's quite clear that Leeds are still a work in progress and that Marsch hasn't got his full team in place. We are still carrying a vacancy with Mark Jackson moving on - which was a big loss for the club's management. Sacking is an expensive solution, especially when there's no obvious choice to replace him. And there's no point suggesting Gary Potter, that won't happen. Carlos Calderon - zero evidence that he's good enough. Seriously, we are joint 14th not 18th, and have the best goal difference in the bottom seven. We are only in our third year back in the premier league, after decades plying our way in the second and third tiers, we have no reason to have expectations that we can instantly match the pedigree of Man City or other long term top premier performers. We really need a reality injection. We are doing fine, we are ticking over, we are improving the squad, it's a marathon not a sprint.
2 wins in 17 games.
Yet ANOTHER crap team we've lost to and concede goals against teams who do not score in other games....
Gonna pin my colours to the mast and say JM must go. We're so full of endeavour (aka 'huff and puff') and attacking intent but with so little structure or composure. Just so naive, particularly in defence.
We have some decent players but Marsch is getting nowhere near the best from them. And he's really giving off negative, stressed vibes. It's all about try harder, not play smarter. I've heard so much management-speak and psycho-babble from him but nothing at all to suggest he's got any technical or tactical/strategic nous.
We may well survive, particularly if we get the much missed Sinisterra back soon and Rutter joins, but we should have progressed beyond mere survival mentality by now; just look at what Fulham, Brighton and Brentford are doing.
I don't know who we replace him with; I'm just pretty sure he's not the one to take us forward.
Poch would be ideal - but probably unrealistic. Would take Potter or Corberan. And maybe Steve Evans...
So over it was a loss from a game we had some chances in. I'd say that perhap resting/dropping Aaronson is in order as he was average today again. Also Ayling offered nothing in Attack or defence so time to give Dremah his chance. Rodrigo was good today peeling off into space and our main threat came when we played wide. Maybe just play a 4 -4 -2 and we be fine. Honestly think wober is going to be very dece t for us.
Poor defending cost us again. Max should have started at LB. The manager needs sacking, soon.
I'm not the sort to call for the managers head but he needs to go.
Who needs Rutter, Bamford is still quality.
Dammit, I went to the fridge to get a beer, and look what happens.
how are we 0-2 in this???
I thought we played pretty well in the first half, even despite being a goal down. I'd back our team to equalise in the second half.
so we get to half time and we're losing.
This gives the "we hate Jesse Marsch" brigade the opportunity to say they were right.
BUT - we've played well, not been protected by the ref, had the better of the game and been undone by an individual not doing their job properly.
How does Marsch solve this? Play Firpo at LB??
Feels like this is the umpteenth time we've been let down like this.
That is entirely on Struijk - he was even being told to watch Bailey and still let him go.
Absolutely pissing down
He wants us to be more dynamic interiorly. Stop using so much width.
I had a hope we might get something tonight but as the game gets closer I am interiorly worried.
We've won 2 out of the last 16 games, are 2pts above the relegation zone and decide to play the same players who have got us in this position.... he's loyal and our players owe him big time tonight!

Good luck mate
2-0 Leeds win
SHOULD HAVE GONE ON TRANSFER THREAD!
This Nutter DOES look good on YouTube but looks more like a winger than a centre forward.... his goalscoring record does not appear great either.
He has electric pace but have we not got enough of this style of player already in Gnonto, Summerville, Harrison and Sinesterra?
Don't we want an out and out striker or do they not exist in today's game with pressing and style of play etc!? Load of bollox to me as we don't make CBs do anything apart from stay in position.... why shouldn't ONE player be able to STAY in the box to poach goals instead of closing down a fkn FB!?
I'm sure for 30/40m at 20yrs old he will also have loads of potential but I haven't seen any other clubs in for him.... 🤔😲
SHOULD HAVE GONE ON TRANSFER THREAD!
Can we have a weather update
