Is Leeds favourite about to turn into villain?

It has been reported that fans favourite, EZGJAN ALIOSKI has signed a pre-contract deal with fierce rivals, Galatasary and will be leaving Leeds in summer.

The left back/midfield star is a firm favourite with the Elland Road faithful with the passion and efforts shown on the field, and mad-cap antics off. Alioski is popular on social media and whilst many consider him to be of steady but not superb on the field, there is no doubting his dedication to to the cause when playing for Leeds.

Alioski is out of contract with Leeds this summer and discussions on a new contract appear to have broken down, with the Turkish side rumoured to have secured his signature. Nothing could be more hurtful to Leeds fans who endured a night of violence when the teams met in the UEFA Cup semi-final 21 years ago in Istanbul. Leeds United lost Kevin Speight, 40, and Christopher Loftus, 37, when they were stabbed to death.

If the rumours turn out be true, Alioski will go from here to zero overnight. Even allowing rumours to circulate would have been enough to see the fans turn on their own player if crowds were allowed into Elland Road at the moment.

Meanwhile, Alioski continues to be picked, and play with passion and dedication for Bielsa. There is no doubting the manager likes the player and with Leeds looking to build on their first season back at Elland Road, it would indicate better replacements are being considered.
