Team for next season

Well the easy part is done!!

Going on the performance of last years promoted teams,we will have to spend big to have any chance of staying in the PL.

Ipswich spent around 130 million,Leicester around 100 million & Southampton around 70 million last summer and are all relegated with 4 or more games left.

Who does everyone think we should keep/sell from current squad -

I would go with something like this

Gk- New GK (would love Trafford but doubt it,Maybe Nick Pope),Darlow as no. 2

How long does it take to sign a LB?

Gabriel Gudmundsson

We have our left back, and he's a lot more defensive than our outgoing Firpo. Byram has also signed a new one year extension soe we are sorted for full backs. Apparently when on holiday in Crete, Gudmundsson saw some holidaymakers wearing Leeds shirts, and that was the clincher. True story apparently.

Now lets sign a keeper and a midfield dynamo but preferably not Longstaff cos he's shit.

Sebastiaan Bornauw

Signed for pocket money. I',m more and more convinced we are going to play 3-4-3 this season. We now have the players to play that formation and it seems a waste to have four burley CBs and only play two of them.

All three signings so far are aged 26. Gabriel Gudmundsson is 26 - just saying.

Is the site finished?

Is there not a list of posts that are highlighted if we haven't seen them yet? Otherwise we have to go on every single one only to find we've read it before....

Thanks for setting this up Rich but can you tell us how it works....

I think it's like a souffle. First you heat the oven to 200 degrees, then melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Next stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Cook constantly, and then stir in the milk. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks then combine then whack it into the oven for 20 mins. Voila!
