For me this has all the hallmarks of the opposition Managers looking and planning a few weeks before they faced a MB leeds united side and all that that would bring.
Every single manager (pep at city included) wanted to pit themselves against one of the best coaches we are ever likely to see again and see how they actually got on versus the mystro. This of course is only a natural thing to do, players do the same except they are on the pitch the managers battle is on the tactics board.
And this is nothing new even when we were in the championship teams crumbled the week after playing leeds against sometimes the bottom of the table side on no form.
And there lies the only issue i have ever questioned of Bielsa, why didnt he adapt his tactics when looking at the opposition because even the dog on the street knows no two teams in the PL are the same and each have their own particular strengths and weaknesses, Im not saying abandon the philosophy of attacking, beautiful football but there are more than one way to win a match whilst still hold onto the ethos of your system.
anyway the MB' era is over we MUST MOVE ON and whilst i'm still upset at MB being sacked i'm also a bit excited as to the direction JM will be bring us.
But can you believe Everton got an apology from the spineless FA for the alleged incorrect handball decision? Seemed a marginal call to me and not obviously wrong, though expect I'd have moaned if we'd been on the receiving end of it.
Had any manager of ours 'demanded' an apology like the arrogant fat one and called the officials 'completely incompetent', they'd have been immediately fined a huge sum and we'd probably have had points deducted!
Only get to a few games a year and this was one of them. Don’t blame me cos we won the last one! Where to start?Hammered by a Spurs team that could barely buy a win before today. Son looked like he could run through any of them. We couldn’t find our man with a pass. Dallas misses a sitter, and every time they go up the park it looks like the Red Sea opens to let them through? Where is a goal coming from, never mind a win?
That the score line was to be expected currently sums up all that’s wrong at the club.
Hopeless defensively and toothless in attack. The only natural goal scorer is overlooked once more.
I have a strong feeling that any new manager would not ignore some of our talented U23s. Can anyone make a case that Gelhardt, Summerville and Creswell should not be in the first team, because every one of these are better than we had on show today.
Bielsa will never drop a player that is on poor form, and that’s face it, there are plenty. Firpo is a disaster defensively and looks like he is running with boots that are two sizes too big. Llorente has turned into a right basket case and James for all his running is NOT a number 9. Harrison, apart from one or two games, has been woeful all season.
Next game? I bet all three of them start.
F.ook me what a shi.te season. The Bielsa way is turning into the relegation way. I said early on in the season that his fixation on 18 players could cost us. I hate to be right because it is sending us down.
I'm starting to believe, that if you wanna score a goal it may well be helpfull to have a striker on the pitch.
Today again shows and confirms how the board have let us down in not getting the much needed reinforcements. Relegation and the despair it will bring is on them.
Plenty of frustrated players out there.
But probably not as frustrated as we fans.
We looked clueless and some players looked like they given up.
This is the worst I've seen us play in a long time - playing like this, I fully expect us to be relegated. The players that I'd like us to keep will be off . . . probably be left with Roberts, Klich, James, Ayling etc. Sadly, I also think Gelhardt will want to leave.
This game has been so bad, as a Leeds fan, I can't think of a single positive thing about it.
Shacks' come on! What on earth does this substitution prove? It's just giving Shacks game time which could be put to better use by bringing on a youngster. The kids must be p--d off!
Playing like this, I can see us conceding 6 or more. We can't score and we can't defend. (Spurs look like scoring on every attack).
As we are at the moment, we must be much more likely to be relegated than to stay up - and if we do go down, there'll be an exodus of our best players.
I'd like to have seen Cresswell in defence - he's better than any of the other defenders (imo).

MOT
Another example of a team up for it . Everton lose 3 league games before beating us and two after.
I'd like to see a league table of the teams results after facing us - they often seem to be knackered and lose.
I reckon we've been targeted as a bit of a challenge teams have risen to, at a cost.
I recall Villa flopping after the 3-3 too....
Manure done the same by only managing a draw at watford last weekend
I see spurs are doing the old beet leeds are crap next game thing 1-0 down at borough
I blame Steve the mouse for breaking our manager.
I'm gutted with bielsa going. He has been sensational for Leeds and I would have kept him until the end of the season.
After witnessing the 20 goals we have let in this month I'm not surprised radz has panicked but I think he should have held his nerve.
Like you say if1. Today & in far too many games we've had the chance to see the opening of the Red Sea on plenty of occasions.
It started and was already obvious in pre-season & it got worse over time.
Add to that not having the ability to defend from corners.
No wonder we're in trouble!
Feel sad for every Leeds fans!

Now for the 250 mile drive home 😂😂

After each match we play (lose), I think that 'I've never seen Leeds play worse than this' - and then, we play worse in every subsequent match.
We don't seem to have any ideas . . . bringing on Klich is going to do what, exactly ?
Even Dallas can't score when presented a great opportunity.
There's still time to bring on Tyler! He's the most likely to take the field, not one of the U23's of course.
Please excuse the sarcasm!
Cresswell should have started before Llorente.
Can imagine Cresswell thinking how does this twat get selected in front of me?
Firpo at left-back → the horror show? Last season I was thinking that in terms of defending an upgrade on Alioski wouldn't proof be too difficult.
But we managed to do the opposite.
The naivity we play with is mind blowing, tactics ? What tactics?
Unless a complete turnaround, relegation is a forgone conclusion.
We'd best start to prepare for next season without MB.
Can't imagine how much relegation is gonna cost us.
As a relegated team we'll just loose millions on Rapha, Philips, Meslier and then we would need to get rid of Llorente, Koch, Rodrigo, Firpo...
Awful. Just an awful situation that could & should have been prevented.
Andy, I’m afraid that I agree with all that. Right now, unfortunately this season has relegation written all over it.
What is Bielsa trying to prove ?
Every team we have left to play this season, must think we're an easy 3 points. And they won't be wrong!
The win at WH seems light years away!

Disaster is happening in front of us
