So yet another away draw for the Mighty Whites in the FA Cup.
Are the balls rigged? I think that is now 13 consecutive away games we have had in this cup.
Cannot see my run lasting long so put a bit of effort into this.
Anyway, the game is sold out. 13,000 (4,000 LUFC fans) due to police segregation
Peterborough are managed by an ex manure manager's son.
Ironically nicknamed "The Posh" by their poor poverty-stricken fans.
Hated by Victoria Beckham as she lost her case to trade mark "Posh" for herself as this little football club used that moniker first. She has far more money than the club and probably the whole city, so maybe she had the last laugh.
Not really any famous fans other than sports presenter Adrian Durham who grew up there and allegedly Mike Tyson.
Even the legendary Douglas Bader avoided going there.
The Posh are on a tremendous unbeaten run of ten games and have only lost once at home all season which came back in August so they will certainly be no pushovers for us.
They sit 3rd in L1 and are known to be a footballing side, playing it on the ground from the back. However their poor pitch may make it difficult for both teams to do this.
They have their injury problems too. First choice keeper Nicholas Bilokapic is out, striker Malik Mothersille is a huge doubt as is defender Romoney Crichlow, while full-back Peter Kioso - their best player who has played all bar one of the club's matches this season and has captained the side since September - was recalled by parent club Rotherham United this week. They may also choose not to play striker Jonson Clarke-Harris as he is likely to be sold in Jan.
Their top scorer is winger/forward Ephron Mason-Clark who has 11 goals this season in all comps. I cannot say I know anything about their players though
We don’t play again for another six days after Sunday’s encounter which means DF may start plenty of his key stars and kill Peterborough from the off and in January we only play one game a week.
So rethought my starting 11

Amazed we won! Looked forward to the usual 1 game FA Cup shift, now I have to do another!!!
Only question I have is will we get a home draw and if so can we get Maidstone!
