Danish, I'm not entirely sure that it was all down to the board. Bielsa wanted to always work with a small squad which presented it's own issues and stated on many occasions that he would only add to the squad if he considered someone to be better than he already had, which given the style of BielsaBall was extremely difficult. It's post Bielsa that things started to fall apart.
