Well this run has lasted one game longer than I expected. Now we have our first home draw in 13! Celebration time!!!
This Saturday at 3.00pm the Mighty Whites will take on Plymouth in front of a sell out ER
Plymouth Argyle lost boss Steven Schumacher to Stoke in December. In has come new head coach Ian Foster
Finn Azaz, Luke Cundle and Kaine Kesler-Hayden were recalled by parent clubs.
In have come defender Ashley Phillips on loan from Spurs, midfielder Darko Gyabi on loan from Leeds and Alfie Devine, also on loan from Spurs. and Adam Forshaw from Norwich.
Centre-back Macaulay Gillesphey has signed for an undisclosed fee from Charlton.
Devine had spent the first half of the season with Port Vale and is cuptied as is Forshaw and Gyabi cannot play against his parent club.
Despite this they pose a real attacking threat as Whittaker and Hardie are well into double figures with goals in the Championship. Foster will put out his strongest available side.
Expect us to have 70% possession so let's be ruthless.
I would play:
Meslier
Byram Ampadu Cooper Firpo
Gruev Kamara
Antony Rutter Summerville
Piroe
Subs: KK Shackleton Rodon Bamford Joseph Geldhart Poveda Hjelde Allen
With Gray, James, Struik and Gnonto out, it really shows we are short of numbers. Hopefully by 1st Feb, 49ers will have rectified that.
So sorry Guys. Not sure why a totally dominant LUFC side in the first half too their foot off it.
I really did not want a 320+ mile trip there and 320+ trip back after Bristol
Hope the 49ers allow our elite athletes to travel there and back by plane. It is only about an hour flight as opposed to 7/9 hours by coach
Will try to do better next time
Forgive me
