Another manager gets the bullet! A decent coach is victim to poor results. Who is to blame? I think that the players eventually stop playing for most coaches and it just depends on them getting lucky with enough results to survive.

I think fans are the biggest problem. They're not particularly well informed, they don't understand what goes on behind the scenes, they can't see beyond headlines, they're overly demanding, they put pressure on boards and managers to spend into oblivion and then blame the club for their signings of lack of signings, they conduct witchhunts which undermine individual players and ultimately the team. Football clubs would do better if they just ignored the mob. I don't know why anybody would want to be a football manager, it's a thankless job.
