Great performance from Sini plus he scored and his shot lead to Yorkshire Piroe's goal. ..if we can keep him & keep him fit he will rip the championship up.
just watched the highlights- nice goal from Rutter, hopefully this gives him a confidence boost.
Cool finish from Sinisterra.
and good poachers goals from Willy & JP.
bad mix up for their 2nd goal-bad pass back from Drammeh,I think Meslier should have left it to our defender(Rondon?) to clear,he was in a better position than Meslier.
Did Shacks come on at LB for Drameh? Seems to have done well but not a proper LB!
Sure I saw somewhere today that Brandon Williams went on a free to some crap club.... some will say he's right footed but he can definitely play LB well. Did we miss a trick there? We lost out on Joe Bryan and Manning on frees as well....
Charlie Taylor?
EDIT: FFS Williams came on as sub against us today!
Will start by giving Ipswich a lot of credit, a good & energetic team.
They will prove a handfull for all teams.
Class from our frontline told, going forward we looked very good.
Piroe lookes like a class act and we all know about the quality Gnonto & Sinesterra have. Biggest surprise to me was Rutter, for the first time it looked like there is actually a real player in there. Good!
Ipswich caused us all sorts of problems and found space in behind this on either flank. Their number seven always seemed to lose his marker, it started with Byram (who played well enough) and got worse with Drameh.
Not knocking the lad, but had that been Bill, we know who would have a field day.
Have to admit I haven't seem him play Cardiff or Luton, but the flaws I spotted when he played for us are still evidently there.
Tends to loose his man, if not he's often on the wrong side of his opponent (due to lack of awareness/concentration?)
Don't know it's because he simply tries too hard or is stressed out playing for us.
Anyway he's not a left back.
Then came Shacks and I felt he was outstanding.
Rodon, a bit clumsy for the own goal. But it didn't effect his game and he got in some vital blocks. Ayling decent going forward, but his defending in general wasn't comfortable (fall over too much, his flop won't always work).
In the first half it looked like on one side we faced linesman who couldn't keep his flag down, at the other side one who couldn't get it up.
I have had doubts about Drameh for a little while - I don't think he's committed to Leeds, he's into his last year and no sign of a contract negotiation.
I watched him at unfashionable Cardiff and Luton - he's a useful player in a clogging team that want to play old school direct footy, but we need fullbacks that fit the way farke wants to play and we WILL get a fullback in before the end of the window. I expect Drameh to move on TBH
I'm not far behind you!!.Absolutely dreadful. Needs to be hooked at half time otherwise we are going to lose this! In fact the defence needs to get a good kick up the arse to get them switched on again.
That's a strong starting lineup. I was hoping to see Sini and Piroe start today, but didn't expect them to start. Normally managers make them sit on the bench for a few weeks before bringing players back in.
Thankfully Farke can clearly see that we need a proper striker and he has been confident enough to throw him straight in there.
Those front four should be able to cause mayhem in this division.
Thank you Steve for bringing a bit of cheer to this season
3 oints v Weds would be good!
well done mate. keep the point coming

Well done Steve. You could be in the hot seat for a while. Great day out that. I'd forgotten what it's like to see us win.
Onwards and upwards!
Dear Mr49
Can you fix it for me for us to play the same front 4 next Saturday (plus Jimmy) and not sell any of them.
From seaside white, age 54 and 3/4
Is there any position Jamie Shackleton can't play in? He's definitely the successor to Stuart Dallas.

Good win-Ipswich were undefeated in 20+games. ..
Well I never thought I would be in the hot seat at times today onwards and upwards MOT

A hardfought battle and what a game.

Stevethemouse, you're the man!
Mouseman you were magnificent - How do you do it?
Hurrah! God we make it hard for ourselves......
All 4 front men scored - we just need these fullback issues sorted and we could be quite good.
Nice to feel a win on a Saturday 🥂 #MOT
What was wrong with Byram? Need a proper LB....
Anyone know what our goal celebrations were like for different reasons?
Rutter and Piroe for their first goals and how did Gnonto and the other players react when he scored?
I'm close to posting something unkind about Drameh....
0-1, 1-1, rutter 2-1 gnonto

Good luck Steve.....2-1 to The Mighty Whites, Gnonto & Piroe with the goals💥🥊💛💙
Gnonto scoring or assisting today will be the way to convince the fans that he is mentally fully back with us. Come on Leeds. MOT
