In the history of weeks is this one. Days seem like weeks. At least by 10pm tomorrow we will have a better idea of our fate.
I'm tipping Burnley get a draw tomorrow and Everton win then its a straight shoot out with us and Burnley and we get shot on Sunday.
God I hope I'm wrong but I think us and Burnley will lose on Sunday and the atrocious GD will kill us.
Grasping at straws but has anyone heard anything about a potential Everton FFP points deduction?
Seems to have gone very quiet so assuming they're going to get away with it?
Eddie Howe just admitted he's already 'got half an eye on the summer'.
I was already very pessimistic about our chances - so just what I wanted to hear!! 😱
Have to say I am well and truly fearing the worst now. I didn’t think it Was going to happen, but unfortunately relegation looks like it’s coming our way.
The best we can hope for is a point in our game, fingers crossed Newcastle do the rest.
It's out of our hands now.
Newcastle away from home are a different team all together, don't really expect them to put in much of an effort.
As BB says Brentford have got players & team that can hurt us.
We looked very nervy/edgy in the first half against Brighton.
When looking at Burnley they seem to be much more compact and have a goalie in great from.
Pope from Burnley and Pickford from Everton over the last 5 games have produced some of the best save you will have seen from any goalkeeper over past 5 years. Based on what they have been producing the England manager must have a headache.
Actually got up early to watch the Burnley game and have to say the VAR have to answer for why the swinging Elbow from Barnes directly to the side of the head of the Villa defender was not a card. Pope pulled off a world-class save late on in the game.
We dont win in London and Brentford is one of our bogey sides. Best we can hope for is a point and Burnley will pick up one too.
Still we had 3 good years in 4. Better than what we had from 2001/2 until MB took charge.
Can't see Burnley beating Newcastle. It's still in our hands.
Should never have sacked Biesla.
Bad night tonight but we have nobody to blame but ourselves. Terrible recruitment policy. Going to be a sh1te summer watching the Crown jewels being sold.
I suppose we could stay up but it doesn't feel like it right now.
Well at least we enjoyed 1 great season in the Prem.
Another 18 years awaits us. Might still be here when we return 😥😓
Wont be watching as my heart could not take this.
Hope you all make it through to the end and we can then shed tears together - sadness or joy.
in nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti 😖
The nerves are offically shot
And to think were not playing for another 80 hours
Presumably Sky will let us know what matches are being covered (apart from City/Liverpool) once tonight's games have concluded. If, god forbid, Burnley and Everton win then they may put a camera at Brentford, who knows.
Look forward to a non pc MDT Mac.... 🙈🤔😲🙈
I will post my Premier league surviving MDT against Brentford after the games tomorrow night. Worry not guys!👍💛💙
everton chelsea man u all in town that day
I'm willing to buy your ticket off you Lord Overcastwilly and am quite happy to pay full face value....
This would save you money on transport, food and drink and probably save you in the region of £150 which is probably about 6 months rent oop north.
Only thinking of you and trying to help a poor norvvennor keep a roof over his head....
I've got a ticket for Brentford, if we stay up on the last day it will make up a bit for missing out on been there to see us get promoted.
Knowing our luck though we will just be there for the relegation bit.
It could be a fantastic day if we can do it, whatever the weather.
It would be a total disaster if we go down on GD.
Everyone will automatically blame Marcelo and his "open" style of one on one football as the reason why we got relegated.
After everything he done for LUFC this would be a desperate way to be associated with his time in charge at ER.
It wasnt Marcelo that made irresponsible tackles giving away a set piece that actually lead to a goal being conceded and us dropping points
The penalty at chelski Pen scored lost 3-2 1 point dropped
The west ham game at ER HOW we lost that game i still dont know comfortable all day that day ended up losing in the dying mins 3 points dropped
Newcastle at home another example of dominance, should have won with the chances we created, ok young mesilier made some good saves so maybe a draw would be a fair result but we still ended up with nothing.
Thats 5 points in those 3 games alone that spring to mind and im sure ye lads remember other dropped points add those 5 points and we would have 40 points and burnley would have to win both of their remaining games to stay up and we would still have the brentford game to play.
10 o clock tomorrow night and we will know exactly what we need to do on Sunday and who exactly is in the relegation dogfight.
Stay Positive

I think bumley will get 2 draws which means we need to fkn win!
Villa turned them over only a couple of weeks ago at their place and now have home advantage.... unfortunately, football doesn't work like this though!
Me and the boy may be going to Brentwood without tickets and hoping to watch it in a pub if put on Sky. However, there's supposed to be at least 10,000 (?) of our supporters going so I don't suppose we'll be able to get in a pub. We can get it on the phone through SkyGo but make the decision nearer the time.
I just hope we don't cause any fkn trouble after that idiot Forest fan last night as the media will really jump on our backs....
Let's hope your football predictions are as bad as your fkn weather forecasts....
