Not so sure TC if going to your room at 9pm and playing playstation into the early hours is better than relaxing with your friends enjoying a bit of banter until 12pm?
There was not a game the next day so I really cannot see why the "rules are rules" approach should have been taken when common-sense could have been applied and as I said earlier, this should have been kept in house.
Giving it to the press makes me think there is another agenda.
Agreed to a certain extent BB but a curfew is a curfew.....the line has to be drawn somewhere.
Have we got the full story anyway?
If workers on a company jolly were told to be back in their room because they have a big day next day with the 'exhibition' and a lot of money outlaid, they'd have to toe the line or accept the consequences....
If this happened on a Leeds trip would you side with Bielsa?
Just hope Rodrigo plays instead of Roberts anyway!!
It does seem very harsh to send them home if no alcohol or women etc were involved though....
In a totally different standard, but same situation, 4 of us got sent home from Butlins Skegness for Bedfordshire u18s in the national inter County tournament for breaking a curfew and going out clubbing til silly o'clock with a game next day. We tried to deny it but they shone a special torch on our hands and clothing which proved our guilt with the special paint on the walls of Butlins which we clambered over on our return which we were oblivious to!! 🤣🍻
It is trivial and should have been kept in house. Cannot help thinking this media release helps detract from Wales poor form. Focus is now on these 3 guys instead of the fact their National team is so poor and their manager has been stood down because he is facing ABH and criminal assault charges!
So being a little naughty and staying up late is serious!
So, let me get this straight. Three footballers who didn't breach their bubble restrictions and didn't leave their hotel but didn't go to their beds at an agreed time. And for that, they have been sent home. Is that it?
On the face of it this sounds like it was the case, as confirmed by TR and may sound trivial.
The questions you have to ask are why were they out and about (presumably playing pool, drinking coke or whatever) after curfew knowing that they were breaking the rules. However more importantly in the case of LUFC do you think MB would allow this type of incident go unpunished if it were our squad players in our team before a big game (or any game for that matter) ?
Honestly, its the total lack of responsibility of idiot footballers who like some polititians consider themselves to be "special" and simply think n/a when applied to "me" is the thing that gets my goat.
A right Richardhead. What is it about thes overpriviliged and overpaid imbiciles. Apologies are all well and good but honestly! Brainless, whether in the hotel or not this is what responsibility in the real world is about.
Fkn unbelievable in an international week where there's 3 games!!
Apparently, he didn't leave the hotel and breach the bubble but just didn't get back to his room before curfew....
Just stick to the rules in your privileged position as a Premier player and International.... it was your choice to do it and with fame, fortune etc this is one of the LITTLE things you can't do and why you signed a contract.

Tough one to call without the full story....

Agree Whiteinexile. Total idiots.
Most of us, who are a lot less privileged, have had to knuckle down.
A sweeping generalisation, but footballers just don’t exist in the real world

It's for your own good in the long run....
