When we first signed Piroe, I got to see footage of the goals he scored. I was impressed with how he was able to put chances away with some ease, it also didn't seem to matter if he hit them with either his left or right foot. At Leeds, after a bright start he struggled in many games to have any impact. Was this because he has been to play a totaly different role compared to Swans? He now seems to take forever before controlling the ball, his movements are slow, he doesn't seem to be able to beat his opponent and hardly ever gets into a position to have a pot at goal. Confidence looks drained.

It did take MB 2 seasons, but he didn't have to deal with a massive clearout of first team and a load of fringe players. Can't see Jimmy, Gnonto, Rutter sticking around. Meslier and perhaps PS will also attract interest. No doubt that Rodon will get offers from Premiership teams. End of the road for plenty of the old gang, Coops, Ayling, Dallas, Bamford and on top of that the lot that have been out on loan this season. Pretty sure, faillure to get promotion this season will mean; a) a very different team next season. b) a far slimmer chance of getting out of the Championship. Sorry for taking away a bit of your consolation.

With you about Farke's instructions (he himself said he wasn't gonna change the style of play). Don't like the retreating stuff either because it often takes the sting and pace out of our play. The tippy tappy football is/was being overly used instead of getting past and beyond their defence. Their defence was slow but we hardly got them on the back foot. And our shooting (hardly any) from outside the box is about as effective as are our cornerkicks.

Soopa, I think most of us feel about the same. Gutted, not for the first time we blow the chances that are given to us. As Leeds fan, I've always got this nagging feeling, that we'll somehow/somewhere F it up. But lately it simply hasn't been good enough, some players are bang out of form and/or are low on confidence (strange). Like you say, we didn't deserve anything and this (somehow) makes it a bit easier to swollow. Rutter hasn't been the same player since his operation, Jimmy so often runs down blind alleys (can't understand why Farke didn't ask him to switch sides a couple of times or to play a bit more central). Piroe needs/takes far too much time before he starts moving himself or the ball, makes his actions so be very easy to read & play against. Bamford looks way past it and frankly, neither he nor Piroe can lead the line. Gnonto was good but taken off? Feel James did well too. But despite having 75% of possession, we seem not to know what to do with it, and at times we just look clueless. If only we had someone with half of Pablo's vista on the pitch? A final point, about our cornerkicks. I sincerely believe our corner takers should try to avoid kicking the ball towards their teammates. In aiming for the opponent, it may well happen that once in a while a ball could actually drop to a player in white. Rant over.

Against a side that got stuffed 5-0 that was a very poor showing. Honestly can't see where our next goal is gonna come from. Unless we see a total reverse in form during the play-offs we should prepare ourselves for Championship football next season.

Gnonto, today probably one of our better players was taken off. But Jimmy & Piroe both been average stay on?

Top bloke and a great player for us. A living legend and one can tell he's a genuine guy with our the club firmly in his heart. Sad day, but with that kind of horror injury it was always gonna be very difficult. Do hope the club succeed in keeping him in and around the Leeds family. All the best Stuart.

Indeed Danish, but our form has been dipping for a while (feel after the cup run). Soopa is not wrong, we're probably not as good as we think and we do lack some experience. Sadly, we all know that if we fail to get promotion this season, most of our key players will go. It looks like there is nobody around to drag us over the line. When several key players like Rutter, Jimmy, James/ Gnonto aren't on top form and don't come up with something special, scoring looks difficult. Like you mention, scoring or creating from corners (apart from SB & Coops) are a rarety. Goalscoring contributions from center mid's & CB's is also very low. PB is, once again (going through a patch) looking like his confidence is shot and he simply doesn't look like scoring at all.

Starting to totaly dislike those Sunderland pricks, We didn't create enough chances, but we were certainly robbed of 2 clear penalty's. Shite ref & assistants and only 3 minutes of extra time.

Like Lord Snoddy said, it had been coming. Next games we need to make sure, that all players are up for it from the first min. We als need to play with proper pace & movement.

Several players simply didn't get into gear in that first half, Kamara for me had his worst game in a Leeds shirt, Ampadu too was missing in that first half and both of them were guilty misplacing easy passes. Up front nothing stuck with PB, the service was perhaps lacking but still, he seemed to pull out of challenges, Can't remember him winning (m) any duels or free-kicks, let alone a header. Rutter understandbly wasn't at his best. Add to that the Watford lads were up for it, much more agressive and it's no surprise we were second best for large parts of the game, certainly in the first half. The main issue with Coops is that he knows that against Dennis (and other strikers) he's gonna get beaten for pace, so he backs off a couple of yards to get a head start when they run at him. That kind of happened for their second goal, and Rodon's pace got us out of jail a few times. Firpo coming on, with Byram moving to RB and Ampadu dropping to CB made us so much more compact and solid. Can't fathom why Joseph wasn't brought on earlier, his pace and running caused them all sorts of problems. Where as Piroe once again looked miles of the pace. Just saw we're gonna miss Roberts & Gnonto for up to 3 weeks. We're certainly gonna miss having those options. Hopefully Gruev is back soon, because he cuts off a lot of danger.

It certainly is, needs a big turnaround. We're being outmuscled and outplayed, not nearly aggressive enough. Kamara & Ampadu being dragged all over, Bamford not involved at all.

The run has been nothing short of incredible. We're gonna have to be relentless because it looks like it will go to the wire. It would be something of a bonus if Jimmy could rediscover his scoring touch.

Your point being he's not a two faced snake because he did have a fight with Cooper & Ayling? An Coops & Ayling were to blame for that fight. Fact is he and plenty of others couldn't get out of the club fast enough once we were relegated. Perhaps I'm wrong but wasn't he one of those who first said he was gonna stay put? On a wider note I for one wouldn't have any of those mentioned back. For me, a mix of simply not good enough players and selfproclaimed fighters & warriors who quickly abandoned ship. Some even gave up during the season, thinking I can't be arsed if we get relegated because I'm not gonna stick around for it.

Very hard game for us, something of a slog second half. Made things difficult for ourselves.

2 pts dropped, but at the end of the day we didn't really deserve to win. Yes JImmy was unlucky in hitting the post for what would have been the winner. Several players were pretty underwhelming today. We must not forget that we've been on an amazing run and most probably they're will be more hickups along the way for the teams chasing promotion. Result and performance to put behind us asap.
