What do we want?

Can someone explain the point of the loans going out? That's three now already. I understand that the wage will come off the wage bill, but anyone replacing them will go on the wage bill, at maybe a slightly less amount but still, little savings. And if there is no transfer fee coming in then there's no cash available to buy replacements. Anyone?
